Glomart.my 致力于提供一个安全可靠的海外代购服务。

为了让您在购物过程中获得保障,您在 Glomart.my 购物的过程,都会有相应的标准,包括退货和更换商品。 

一、货不对版/少货/包裹损坏/货物丢失 
当您收到包裹时,若发现以上问题,请将商品及外包装一同拍照后,把照片,订单号和相关情况的描述发送给我们客服,我们会1个工作日内替您处理,并在14天内替您解决。

二、商品出现质量问题 
当您购买的商品在使用一段时间后出现质量问题,只要该商品还在质量保证期之内,且有原始购买凭证和商品质量保证卡,
您可以委托 Glomart 与中国大陆商家联系办理退/换货。

 
对于符合退/换条件的商品,Glomart 将负责与卖家沟通、协调、来回物流安排(不包括来回运费)。 由于每个卖家/商家都有其公司的政策,以及售后的的处理方式。Glomart 无法保证厂商能完全满足您的要求,但会尽全力为您争取利益,寻求一个双方都同意的解决方案,尽量让您满意。

Glomart 提供此代理服务,不收取任何服务费,但您需承担商品的来回运费。Glomart 保留拒绝为不符合质量保证条件的商品代理此服务的权利。

发生以下任何情况,我们将不接受您要求退换的商品:
1. 商品被调换,原貌改变,或者零件丢失;
2. 被拆封的商品,比如软件包、CD、DVD、卡带等;
3. 没有原始购买凭证的商品。
4. 涉及商品少件、损坏、有瑕疵等问题,需在签收后包裹后72小时内联系客服,逾期不再受理。

5. 所有易碎品若在运输过程中破损,都将无法获得赔偿,除非卖家愿意承担和补发

In order to protect you during the shopping process, you will have the appropriate standards for your Glomart.my shopping process, including return and replacement.


First, the goods are not correct / Goods shortage / Parcel damage / Goods lost

When you receive the parcel, if you find the above problems, please take the photo together with the outer packaging, send the photo, order number and description of the relevant situation to our customer service, we will handle it for you within 1 working day, and Solve for you within 14 days.


Second, the quality of goods appears

When the goods you purchase have quality problems after using for a period of time, as long as the goods are still within the quality guarantee period, and have the original purchase certificate and the product quality assurance card, you can entrust Glomart to contact the mainland Chinese merchants for refund/replacement. .


For items that meet the return/change criteria, Glomart will be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and returning logistics arrangements with the seller (excluding return shipping). Because each seller/merchant has its company's policies and the way it is handled after sales. Glomart cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will fully meet your requirements, but will do its utmost to fight for your interests and seek a solution that both parties agree to, and try to satisfy you.


Glomart offers this agency service at no charge, but you are responsible for shipping back and forth for the item. Glomart reserves the right to refuse to represent this service for goods that do not meet the quality assurance conditions.


In the event of any of the following, we will not accept the item you requested to return:

1. The goods are exchanged, the original appearance changes, or the parts are lost;

2. Unpacked goods, such as software packages, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, etc.;

3. Goods without original purchase credentials.

4. All item shortage, damages, defects, etc., you need to contact our customer service within 72 hours after the receipt of the parcel, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

5. All fragile items will not be compensated if they are damaged during transportation unless the seller is willing to bear and reissue
